Discovery Bedding is 100% natural and biodegradable, meaning that microorganisms (fungi and bacteria) can decompose the bedding naturally. Discovery Bedding is therefore not harmful to the environment.

This ground cover from Back Zoo Nature is a light to medium weight ground cover and suitable for birds and rodents. This bedding absorbs up to 8 times its own weight in moisture and is therefore ideal for spraying with water to achieve a higher humidity without mold.

In addition, Discovery Bedding is not too heavy and therefore very suitable for rodents to dig in or for birds to forage among. In this way you stimulate the natural behavior of your animal and you give a natural look to the accommodation.
